Chantal
I specialize in working with elite teen girl athletes navigating injury recovery, eating disorders, performance-related anxiety, and identity pressure within competitive sport.
High-performing young women often appear strong and capable while quietly carrying emotional overwhelm, perfectionism, self-doubt, or fear of falling behind. My work focuses on helping them restore nervous system regulation, rebuild grounded confidence, and reconnect with who they are beyond performance.
My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and nervous system based. I integrate relational depth, IFS-informed parts work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, expressive arts, and somatic practices to support meaningful, sustainable change.
Sessions are structured and depth-oriented. Together, we explore what’s happening beneath reactions, tone down harsh inner narratives, and untangle patterns that keep driven young women stuck in cycles of burnout or self-criticism.
I maintain a focused caseload to ensure individualized, high-level care. My work blends clinical precision with connection, steadiness, and a deep respect for each client’s inner wisdom.

Beyond the Therapy Room:
I am also a mother, animal lover, athlete, and nature-based dreamer. I volunteer at a local horse rescue and am building toward Wild Oats Youth & Animal Sanctuary, a future space dedicated to healing, youth, and the quiet wisdom of animals and land.
Movement (especially hiking), nature, creativity, and meaningful connection shape both my life and my work. These values naturally inform how I support clients in developing resilience that feels embodied, not performative.
